The first collie in our Ukrainian home appeared in 1990, when the dream of two small girls came true (that time we, Natalie and Svetlana, were 12 years old)! We got acquainted with collies and from that time "Collie World" became a big part of our life: we visited dog shows taking a vast number of photos of nearly all the exhibitors, we acquired many pen-friends and formed friendships with many collie lovers. From this point forward we began accumulating literature, pictures and anything possibly "Collie Related". Today we have a huge collection of literature and pictures and have an extremely comprehensive history of Collies. Even now our collection of information on the breed is constantly increasing!
Our parents also share our beloved interest in dogs.
Through dogs we have been able to travel the World and form friendships with other "dog minded" people in many different countries. Our first sheltie - "TINO" - came to us from Germany from our dear friends Beate Alexander and Erika Heintz. Thanks to them we visited Germany in 1997 and that marvellous trip became an unbelievable miracle for us: it was the first time we had visited Western Europe, and the first time we had attended a great SHELTIE SHOW with more than 150 best shelties from all over the continent! And to top it all, our TINO became BEST IN SHELTIE SHOW!!!, and we received a huge Best In Show Cup as well as a Crystal Cup (for being the exhibitors that had travelled the furthest distance to the show, in our case more than 1500 KMs).

From that time every year we were in different countries visited the biggest and the best kennels and greatest Shows in Germany, Poland, Denmark, England and knew more collie-sheltie-lovers, a lot of beautiful and legendary dogs!
We finished school with extensive education in the English language and graduated from University after studying Law and Economics with a Masters-Degree. Svetlana worked as a main Tax inspector at Khmelnitsky`s Tax Office for more than 3 years, Natalie during 1.5 years had a job in an advertising company. Now we are at different homes, Natalia lives in our new big house in Khmelnitsky with her daughter Julia (born 30 of November 2003). Svetlana moved to England in 2004 where she married, together with her husband Vince and little daughter Katja (born 8 of October 2006) they have boxers and shelties in England.
